The FILM AD program
FILM AD runs on your computer. Your screenplays, characters, shot lists, pictures and other project files are saved on your computer. We do not receive them and we do not see them.
The program checks your license key on your computer. It does not send your projects, prompts or answers to us.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers. It stores one small setting in your browser (your currency choice). When you press play on the video, the video is loaded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies under its own policy. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested.
What you send us by email
When you request a trial or buy a key, you send us an email that contains your name, email address, machine code and, for purchases, a payment reference. We use this only to:
- make and send your license key,
- confirm your payment,
- give you support, and
- keep a record of keys we issued, so we can help you if you lose a key or change computer.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it, except where the law requires us to or where a payment provider or bank needs it to process your payment.
How long we keep it
We keep license records for as long as the key is valid and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can support you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.
